UPDATE: make sure you download and upgrade your firmware to from dlink website even though the router may not say there is an upgrade, more snappier response for shareport and faster transfer to the usb drive for me but not by much but hey dlink shareport software for mac didnt work for me however i notice it lacks 10_6 file so im guessing no snowleopard support yet – firmware 1.33NA, 2010/01/19

ok so i got myself a dlink wireless N router saweet streaming HD to the PS3 has never been better, so i decided to hook up a usb external HD to the router did a quick search and found this site with a great utility snowleopard support and it worked like a chair in just seconds….. im not noticing a great transfer speed however 8mins for half a gig errrr but… if someone robs me? and i backup stuff to a drive hidden away perhaps i wont be as sad, however i dont plan on backing stuff up there anyway just testing this out maybe if i can stream from mac via the usb drive on the router to ps3 if that works out perhaps that but dunno well see

this did bother me, but after hearing of all the apps that will come to iPad it made me wonder what exactly on OS X do i really want on the iPad???????
because after all there are already tons of apps that do the things i do on the laptop for iPhone so i guess i really don’t want anything from the laptop that i don’t already have for iPhone

well here is the kicker no flash for the iPad….. that does suck! Steve jobs said adobe is lazy and flash is buggy, no complaints here about the buggy and crashing from flash, however he said everyone is moving to html5 tell me.. where is html5 for video chat? ah yes but there is no camera also no flash banners with click me click me shoot 5 iPhones!

well back to that point with remote clients i could just access my laptop from wherever! and use a fully loaded OS and the iPad is perfect for this, now i don’t need to worry about those apps i need to get my hands on, on the laptop…. wait which apps would those be?
so there you have it, i was already saving for the iPad prior to knowing about it and will be getting one for sure cant wait
Ok seriously, i’m dying to see what Apple comes up with, I can’t see them failing in this arena they have learned so much from the iPhone and iPod touch that they will definitely succeed with a tablet like device.

ok so i have a blog that has a HUGE wordpress database i did the automatic upgrade and it kept telling me to upgrade the database, my hosting provider did this for me cause it kept timing out… but it kept asking me over and over to upgrade…
SOLUTION: go into phpmyadmin goto wp_options goto the next page or so and search out db_version changed to 12329 and BAM your back in your backend
once you get your copy of iDeneb place it on an 8GB SDHC card pop it in the slot on your 900HD and follow the video, once you finished installing and goto boot if you get a kernel panic simply try again if it happens again at the chameleon boot loader screen hit enter then hit down and select verbose this should fix it, if not i dunno…

if you dont know about stockxpert or havnt used there services you should check them out here is a tutorial i got in the mail i tried it out my results were pretty good
Launch Photoshop and open the image you want to modify. We used Stockxpert #13936211 by haveseen, described by the photographer as an “Antique brass compass over old Canadian map background.” Press F7 to show the Layers palette. Drag the Background layer to the Create New Layer button to duplicate it.
Choose Filter > Other > High Pass. Use the options in the resulting High Pass dialog box shown below, with Radius set to 8 pixels, and click OK.
Set the Layer Mode to Hard Light and you’re done. You can experiment with the Layer Mode of the Background copy layer to create alternative effects.
