ok so i felt the need to talk about the iPad

i was sold before i knew what it was, then i was a little disappointed but… and its a big but!

• runs iPhone OS

this did bother me, but after hearing of all the apps that will come to iPad it made me wonder what exactly on OS X do i really want on the iPad???????

because after all there are already tons of apps that do the things i do on the laptop for iPhone so i guess i really don’t want anything from the laptop that i don’t already have for iPhone

• no camera!

well no camera that sucks right? but the who the hell am i going to video conference? probably no one

• no flash

well here is the kicker no flash for the iPad….. that does suck! Steve jobs said adobe is lazy and flash is buggy, no complaints here about the buggy and crashing from flash, however he said everyone is moving to html5 tell me.. where is html5 for video chat? ah yes but there is no camera also no flash banners with click me click me shoot 5 iPhones!

• no fully blown OS X

well back to that point with remote clients i could just access my laptop from wherever! and use a fully loaded OS and the iPad is perfect for this, now i don’t need to worry about those apps i need to get my hands on, on the laptop…. wait which apps would those be?

so there you have it, i was already saving for the iPad prior to knowing about it and will be getting one for sure cant wait
