Ingredients
  1. 2 chicken breasts bone-in
  2. 3 cobs of corn
  3. 1 cup rice
  4. 2 cup water
  5. 2 tbsp Pampered Chef Chili Lime Rub
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil
  7. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  8. salt pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with Pampered Chef Chili Lime Rub about a tablespoons worth
  3. Place in oven for 20 minutes
  4. take a tablespoon or more of your Pampered Chef Chili Lime Rub and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir together your trying to get a nice paste mix in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and stir again, if its too runny add some more Pampered Chef Chili Lime Rub its all good, now taste it, taste good?
  5. After 20 minutes is up on the timer, pull out the chicken and put half the sauce on the chicken and put back in for 10 minutes
  6. Put a large pot with water on to boil
  7. In a medium sized pot put 1 cup rice 2 cup water, bring to boil and then turn down to simmer
  8. Remove the husk from the corn and break in half, when the pot of water is boiling toss in the corn
  9. after 10 minutes has passed put the rest of the sauce on the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
  10. Eat the food 😉
