Lemon Pepper Steak With Roasted Potatoes & Green Beans

Potatoes
  1. 6 small yellow potatoes
  2. 1/4 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  4. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  5. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  6. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Steak
  1. 1 package stir-fry steak ( 1lb of steak )
  2. 1 lemon
  3. 6 cloves garlic
  4. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1/2 tsp oregano
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/4 tsp sea salt
Green Beans
  1. 2 cups frozen green beans ( or fresh )
  2. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 1/2 tsp chilli pepper flakes
  5. 1/4 tsp sea salt
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes and place in bowl
  2. Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  3. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  4. Toss to coat well
  5. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper into a pre-heated oven at 400-450
  6. Roast for 30-45 mins Turning a couple times during roasting
  7. Place steak into a bowl
  8. Wash and zest the lemon add to the bowl
  9. Juice the lemon and add to bowl watch out for seeds
  10. mince 6 cloves of garlic and add to bowl
  11. add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oiil and 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp sea salt
  12. toss to coat well place in fridge to marinate for 30 mins
  13. check the potatoes they should be done or almost done
  14. Heat a medium-large skillet on high
  15. If you are using frozen green beans go ahead and boil 1 cup water then put in two cups green beans for a few minutes till nice and tender take off the heat and drain water
  16. grab a small pan add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes and 1/4 tsp sea salt,1/2 tsp black pepper, cook till fragrant then add the beans and cook for a few minutes
  17. take the marinate beef out and using tongs place the pieces of beef into the pre-heated frying pan and cook to your liking, add in the marinade and cook it down with the meat, remove and serve with potatoes and green beans!!
