  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 tbsp cornstarch
  5. 2-3 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  6. 2-4 crowns broccoli (bite sized florets)
  7. 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
  8. 3 tbsp oil
  9. 1/4 cup water
  1. 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  2. 4-8 tbsp honey
  3. 6-8 tbsp soy sauce
  4. 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  5. 2-4 tbsp sesame seeds
  6. 2 tbsp corn starch
  1. Rinse 1 cup rice until water runs clear
  2. Add rice to sauce pan and add two cups water
  3. Bring to a boil and turn the heat down to simmer until no water is left
  4. Remove from stove
Stir Fry
  1. Wash broccoli and chop into bite sized pieces, place in a bowl
  2. Chop green onions into bite sized pieces, place in bowl with broccoli
  3. Peal and mince garlic, place into new medium bowl
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds to bowl with garlic mix and then add corn starch and mix again
  1. In a medium bowl whisk 2 eggs and 2 tbsp corn starch together
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces
  4. Place chicken pieces into egg mixture bowl and toss to coat
  5. Heat wok on high add 1 tbsp oil when it starts to smoke
  6. Stir fry chicken until done then place in bowl
  7. Turn heat down to med-high
  8. Add remaining oil
  9. Add broccoli and green onions and 1/4 cup water
  10. Toss and cover till cooked
  11. Add chicken and sauce and heat till sauce has thickened
  12. Remove from heat and serve over rice.
  1. Any rice will do
  2. Don't like a lot of sauce? half the sauce recipe
  3. Don't like thick sauce? remove the corn starch
