Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  2. 1/4 cup fish sauce
  3. 1 tbsp chili garlic paste
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp onion powder
  8. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp pepper
  11. 2 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  12. 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  13. 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  14. 1 small onion diced
  15. 1 cup water
  16. 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Mix the soy sauce and fish sauce with the chili garlic paste set aside
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
  4. Stir in the onion, and cook about 5 minutes, until tender.
  5. Spice up that chicken and then place the chicken into the skillet, and cook about 10 minutes
  6. Stir in the marinade and 3/4 cup water into the skillet, and bring to a boil.
  7. Continue to cook and stir 10 minutes
  8. Thoroughly blend in the peanut butter. Serve over the rice with some sesame seeds
